This helps us out immensely. The Empty Cradle is based in Brisbane Australia, so we’re on AEST time zone all year round. If you are in the Americas, the best cross-over times are from about 4pm ET onwards. If you are in the UK, Africa, or Europe, the best cross-over times are from about 7am BST onwards.
The Empty Cradle is based in the Australian Legal Jurisdiction. This means that professional registrations and oversight, insurances and the full legal and ethical governing framework for our work is based here too. Any services I receive from the Empty Cradle are delivered from and overseen by the Australian legal jurisdiction.

We deliver services across Australia and internationally using internationally recognised approaches. We operate under the jurisdiction, laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Australia. This includes registrations, insurances, etc.
The Empty Cradle is on AEST time zone all year round.
If you are in the Americas, the best cross over times can be about 1pm PT and 4pm ET onwards.
If you are in the UK, Africa or Europe, the best cross over times can be about 7am GMT/BST onwards.
