Inspirational public speaking
The Empty Cradle offers consultation and training to anyone who would like to increase their understanding of working with and being in relationship with non-parents. This might include those offering medical, and psychological health and wellbeing services to women during and following their fertility years.
It also includes human resources and management staff who would like to raise their awareness about any staff who are non-parents or involuntarily childless, whether due to infertility and/or circumstances. This includes learning about skills and policies that could foster inclusion of non-parents.
Who we work with
The Empty Cradle has worked with various size organisations, including international companies, national and statewide fertility clinics and their clinicians, and small organisations. We have worked with various professionals including: doctors, nurses, scientists, administration staff, counsellors and therapists.
We have presented at national and international conferences on topics related to the care and wellbeing of involuntarily childless and permanently involuntarily childless women. Particularly for long term patients and for women with a involuntary childless outcome following ART, IVF or fertility treatment.
We offer community education for anyone seeking to increase their understanding about the experiences of non-parents
We are available to develop customised consultation, training and inspirational public speaking upon request.
